Return/Refund Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of order or billing. Due to potential health risks, cartridges are not refundable. Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable. We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise. If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call our store at (206) 243-2375. To be considered for reimbursement you must do the following: Call our store at (206) 243-2375, Mon-Fri: 10am - 6pm PST, within 30 days of purchase (product issues not declared within 30 days of purchase are not entitled to a refund). You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive your refund, you must postmark your return within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Our shipping department does NOT accept any packages without an RMA number. You pay for return shipping. Address the return package to: Electronic Cigarettes LLC, 15500 1st Ave South, Suite 100, Burien, WA 98148. We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked "return to sender" or "refused". If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to your credit card. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 5-10 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
